By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Moements Experience provides luxury event planning, design, and management services. All services are subject to a signed agreement between Moements Experience and the client, which will detail the specific scope, timeline, and deliverables.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

All proposals and quotations provided by Moements Experience are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on vendor availability and market conditions beyond our control.

A proposal does not constitute a binding agreement. A contract is formed only upon signing a service agreement and receipt of the required deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee is required to confirm and reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or such other methods as agreed. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event date will result in a charge of 75% of the total agreed fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will result in a charge of 100% of the total agreed fee.

We strongly advise clients to obtain event insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation.

Any changes to the agreed scope of services must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Moements Experience will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for event planning, including guest counts, dietary requirements, and venue access details.

The client is responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, or approvals required for the event. Moements Experience may assist in this process but cannot guarantee approvals from third parties.

All creative concepts, designs, mood boards, and planning documents prepared by Moements Experience remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to use photographs and videos of completed events for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Moements Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the event in question.

We are not liable for delays, changes, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, venue closures, vendor insolvency, or governmental restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
